Well, I still don't have the nutritional information although I know today is a cheat day anyway. I enjoyed Thanksgiving with the family and the food was great, but I was conscious not to go overboard during dinner. I was proud of myself. However, I did do my workout.
Warmup:
Jump Roped for 2:45, then light jogging for 2 minutes (2 sets)
Strength Training Circuit:
Prisoner Squat - 13 reps, 12 reps, 10 reps (3X)
Bench Step-Ups - 13 reps, 13 reps, 13 reps (3X)
Pushups (wall) - 13 reps (3x)
Burpees (with jump) - 9 reps(3x)
Bench Dips (bent knee) - 10 reps (3x)
Get-Ups (minus weight) - 13 reps (2x)
and then I repeated the whole thing exactly as above.
